The hotel may have a misleading lobby layout, but don't be fooled! The rooms are pretty basic, nothing fancy, but they serve their purpose. The service is warm and friendly, with helpful staff making your stay pleasant. The location is superb, especially if you want to explore downtown Sonarosa. The dining experience is excellent, offering good quality at a reasonable price. Overall, a decent option for those looking for a convenient stay in a secure area.
Upon arrival at 3:00 pm, I found the central AC only functional in the lobby and common areas, not inside the rooms, which was quite misleading. Despite requesting the highest floor, my room was given to someone else because I didn't show up by 2:00 pm.
I found the hotel to have a mixed experience. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and walking distance to vibrant areas like Zona Rosa. Although the rooms lacked proper ventilation in some areas, those facing Av Chapultepec had nice windows for fresh air. Unfortunately, the lack of service during my stay was a letdown, but the staff was friendly and welcoming when present.
